Tipster is a "Tip Engine" that you can add to your application to
provide tips for your users.  The tip file is completely configurable
and can be used to provide seamless integration with your application.
Foreign languages are supported for all visible text.  If your program
cannot run Tipster, Tipster can run your program!

Tipster is distributed as a compressed file, containing TIPSTER.EXE,
TIPSTER.HLP, CMDIALOG.VBX, several tip files, and this file.
Place the .VBX file into your Windows\System directory, and the other
files can go into the directory with your application.  

Tipster requires the Visual Basic 3.0 runtime, named VBRUN300.DLL.
This can be obtained from most BBS's, online services, Microsoft, and
from TANSTAAFL Software with program registration.
